WEEK 7 BLOG (2/20 - 2/26)
During class today we discussed the idea of seperation of church and state. Ideas were presented in support of the idea, but some said that it doesn't really exist when making decisions. Ideas were also presented about the state of our society today and reactions toward public prayer.
For PART I, continue the discussion. For PART II, respond to other people's thoughts. (PART I due by 2/23; PART II due by 2/26)

NEW RULES FOR ROUND 2 BLOGS
Don't forget that we are now in Round 2. You will continue to post an answer to the question, but it will now be due by Thursday each week (this will be called PART I). You will also be required to make two additional posts responding to someone else's answer (this will be called PART II). This needs to be done in two seperate posts (not two comments on the same posting) and is due by Sunday each week.
WEEK 5 BLOG (2/6 - 2/12)
This past week, Indianapolis hosted the Superbowl. There have been many opinions reported and written about the performance of this city as host. For the most part, these reviews have been very positive.

http://www.indystar.com/article/20120207/NEWS11/202070318/Indianapolis-scores-high-marks-Super-Bowl-2012
Because of this, many have written that they believe Indy should become a regular host city.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1049864-super-bowl-2012-why-big-game-should-return-to-indianapolis-in-near-future
Along with that, speculation has arisen that the city may bid to possibly host the game again in the near future.

With all of this being said, should the city invest the time / money / effort into trying to lure another Superbowl to Indy? Was it worth the price that was paid (time / money / hassle / road closures / etc.) Does the city ultimately benefit enough from playing host to the game to make it worthwhile? If so, how often is reasonable? Do you think that the weather played that big of a role in people's opinions? (PART I due by 2/10; PART II due by 2/12)
